Our banana ganache is crafted with real bananas and Valrhona chocolate. It’s truly the perfect accompaniment to Going Bananas adding a decadent layer of richness and depth.

Going Bananas is best consumed fresh and at room temperature. Pair it with the banana ganache for the ultimate indulgence. If you’re not having it on the day of collection, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate.
