At the base sits a soft, tender sponge. Layered on top lies a generous layer of strawberry compote made by cooking down strawberries until luscious and jammy, their natural sweetness balanced by a hint of tartness. Crowning it all is a beautiful golden crumble topping. When baked, the crumble contrasts wonderfully with the soft sponge and strawberry compote, creating a dessert that is both rustic and elegant.

Storage Instructions
Strawberry Crumble is best consumed fresh on the day itself. You may enjoy this at room temperature or heat it up in an oven at 150⁰C for 5mins. Otherwise, transfer into an airtight container and refrigerate.
