This December, we invite you to the final chapter of our story at Hamilton Road with a bake that celebrates both nostalgia and sheer indulgence. Launching this month – What The Fudge Cheese, the perfect union of fudgy brownie and silky cheesecake.

Imagine the signature richness of our beloved What The Fudge brownie combined with a luxurious cheesecake layer: tangy yet sweet, smooth yet light. Neither the cheesecake nor the brownie dominates, instead they dance in a balanced duet of texture and flavour.

From the first bite, you’ll taste the signature deep cocoa-rich fudgy brownie, then a swirl of vanilla-cheesecake glides in. We’re sure that the first bite will leave you wanting more.
