It’s been two years and we thought it’s time to bring this favourite back.

Our Pineapple Financiers, a French take on the classic pineapple tart, reimagined the Once Upon A Time way. A buttery, nutty richness of an almond tea cake, with our housemade pineapple jam tucked right in the centre.

Baked till golden, soft and moist within, with just the right balance of buttery, nutty and that little burst of pineapple in the middle.

An old favourite, back just in time for Mid-Autumn.

Storage Instructions
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best enjoyed within 3 days for optimal flavour and texture.
