Yuzu Castella.
A light sponge that is also moist at the same time. The aromatic zest and juice from fresh Yuzu gives this castella its characteristic fragrance. The Yuzu we use is flown in from Japan, Takasaki.
Nectarine and Almond Crumble.
This almond sponge is moist and tender and the pairing with nectarines is quite divine. The nectarines lend its delicate aroma to the cake and the juicy sweet fruit melts away as you bite into it.
