These Pineapple Financiers were created in 2019 by Chef Jeanette. We launched these gold bars during the opening of Once Upon A Time in 2021 and it was such a hit. We turn 3 in May and Chef Jeanette decided to bring it back for our anniversary month. The Pineapple Financiers have been reinvented into little flower ingots and contain the same goodness in every bite.
