A global campaign that we are so honoured to be a part of. Chef Jeanette was invited to express Martell’s cognac in her very own way, with total freedom to create uninhibited. It makes it so much more special when our creation was chosen to open the entire campaign.
Always inspired by stories, she wanted to bring everyone back to the beginning of the swift’s life, with the swift breaking out of its shell and taking its first flight. At the heart of it all is Martell Cordon Bleu, infused into various elements of this creation.
Titled Swift Beginnings, it consists of a Sablé, Almond Feuilletine, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Martell Cordon Bleu infused Namelaka, and Martell Cordon Bleu Truffles. And of course, a chocolate nest where the swift starts its life.
A bespoke creation that is unique to this collaboration with Martell.
