Blackberry & Basil Sorbet

When we dropped this Blackberry & Basil Sorbet in May, it sold out so quickly and many of you told us you never got the chance to try it. So we’re bringing it back for June.

Bright blackberries being a juicy tartness, while basil adds a soft fresh finish that makes the whole sorbet so beautifully refreshing. It’s fruity, fragrant and perfectly balanced between sweet and sharp. The kind that feels cooling on a hot day and still layered enough to keep you thinking about it later.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Before serving, allow to sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes to soften for best texture. Best enjoyed within 2 weeks for optimal flavour and consistency.
