Chocolate Truffles are making their return this July.

This season, we’re embracing bright, vibrant fruit flavours. Alongside the return of our beloved Strawberry Bliss, we’re introducing two new creations that we absolutely love: Mango and Hibiscus Pear.

Crafted with Valrhona chocolate and bursting with fruit, colour, and character, each truffle celebrates the beauty of real ingredients and the joy of vibrant fruit-forward flavours.

Hibiscus Pear
A refined chocolate truffle featuring a beautifully fragrant Hibiscus Pear ganache at its centre. Delicate floral notes of hibiscus intertwine with the gentle sweetness of pear, creating an aromatic filling that is both elegant and nuanced.

Naturally coloured by fruit and flower, the silky ganache is enrobed in a shell of perfectly tempered milk chocolate.

Mango
A chocolate truffle bursting with the luscious flavour of mango. At its centre, a silky mango ganache showcases the fruit’s natural sweetness and tropical character, with its bright golden hue shining through. Bold, bright, and intensely fruity.

Enrobed in perfectly tempered dark chocolate, a rich cocoa depth that beautifully balances the fragrant fruit within.

Strawberry Bliss
A delightful Strawberry Inspiration chocolate truffle with a luscious strawberry ganache at its centre. Every bite captures the fruit’s natural sweetness and vibrant character.

Enrobed in perfectly tempered Strawberry Inspiration chocolate, naturally coloured and flavoured by real fruit, it is a celebration of pure strawberry goodness in its most elegant form.

Storage Instructions
Transfer to an airtight container and keep refrigerated. You’ll want to consume them within one week to enjoy these chocolate truffles at their best.
