May is our anniversary month, and for the first time, we’re bringing creations from our past dinner collaborations into the patisserie.

A distinguished favourite from our collaboration table. This golden financier is enriched with the umami depth of miso, giving it a savoury twist, while seaweed introduces an unexpected layer of complexity. Deeply satisfying and quietly addictive.
